CREDIT AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DIGITALLY SIGNING AGREEMENT BELOW
In consideration of Seller's extending credit, Buyer agrees as follows:
l. Any balance due shall be payable at Seller's office, located at 14700 U.S. Hwy 19, Hudson, FL 34667, as receipt of statement. Any balance not paid by the 30th day of following receipt of merchandise shall incur a finance charge computed at periodic rate of 1 ½ % per month. (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE 18%).
Seller reserves the right to limit the extent of any Buyer's credit.
Seller may declare the entire unpaid balance to be due and payable if Buyer defaults in making any required payment in full when due.
If this account is referred to attorneys for collection, buyer will be responsible for reasonable attorney's fees and court costs as permitted by law including all attorney's fees on appeal.
Seller is authorized to investigate Buyer's credit record and report to proper persons and Bureaus, Buyer's performance of the Agreement.
Seller has the right to amend all or any terms of the Agreement from time to time upon prior notice to Buyer in the manner required by applicable laws prior to such Agreement becoming effective.

YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT DUE WITH INCURRING ADDITIONAL FINANCE CHARGES.
